Analogies are the basis of Visual Facilitation!  Agile Scrum is like Football, so I visualized the concepts to drive home the concepts of Agile for a colleague who is leading his organization through this critical delivery and cultural transition.  Really happy with how it came out!

Culture is very important in my job. Well, I am someone who works in the marketing department. Personally, I believe that understanding culture can help us identify the things that we need to do. For example, people who are not aware of others' religion may offend them in some way. As a marketing professional, it is my task to stabilize and maximize how we treat our customers. Marketing is hard, but understanding of peoples' culture can really help make it easier.

I really like your analogy...and the drawing! Since I have worked on agile teams taking several months to develop capability, and then CI/CD to improve or at least make it usable, I could also see this with the scale shifted a little. E.g., each huddle or down is a scrum meeting, each play is the time in between (the work), each drive is taking the software to functional testing (assuming smoke testing occurs nightly when the s/w is ready), each game is a sprint, where the retrospectives occur between games, as well as planning the playbook, and so on. Again, great analogy!
